new york city trip day four (a few days after)

on the last day it was pretty much driving allllllllllll day. i had to wake up to pick my courses for next year which was a pain. then we went for breakfast and the obama people werent there:( but his cool old guy with his wife and granddaughter (i think anyways) was talking to us and was all "i didnt see you yesterday" and stuff and yeah they were from ohio then we left and we drove around all day and we were trying to find a place where i could get something with new jersey on it for alesia and we got postcards and i got new chucks and theres no sales tax on shoes or clothes in new jersey so i paid $40 and got a penny back! then we drove and i listened to mcr in the car because we were in jersey then we got to PA finally.. we got lost for like an hour and that wasnt fun. we had burger king but i wanted wendys i kept having little naps but i couldnt fall asleep then we got into new york again like hours later and drove through syracuse and albany and stuff then it was like just driving forever. then we went to this outlet mall like 40 mins from buffalo got some stuff then we got some food cuz my dad was starving. he wanted chips and he hates chips:| and then we drove a lot we were discussing the diferent state capitals and we sucked and i suck about canadian stuff apparently. then we finally got home like hours later and yep.
the total lisence plates total was 37 states and 5 provinces

new york city trip day three

so this morning we left a little later than yesterday and we had breakfast and we went to times square and caught the updown bus and drove around central park but we didnt go in cuz we didnt really have a lot of time. we drove by the dakota appartments where john lenno n was shot and other cool people like judy garland lived. we went by makaly colkins (sp) house and denzel washington and sting. and yeahhh we went to harlem and drove around went by all the museums that we didnt go into haha but it was so cool. we drove by colombia university which is where obama went. our tour guide was cool. we drove by bill clintons offices in harlem and grant's tomb thing. everything was so nice and so pretty and i really want to live here. and then we got back to tims square we went to planet hollywood for lunch :D and they had TONS of stuff like stuff from forrest gump, ghostbusters, GREASE! and they played ashlee simpson haha i enjoyed that. and they had the jonas brothers hand prints.. they all have small hands. i had a little teenie moment for a second. (then later they played hold on at ben and jerrys when i was getting ice cream) we went to the virgin mega store and i was like in heaven gahh they didnt have the rotation deluxe edition though but i got a fob single for the take over a hard days night (beatles movie) and then i got new headphones cuz i needed them but omg i wanted the whole store it was soooooooooo amazing and huge. and they were playing metro station and i was hving a dance party haha. then we went shopping all day and bought tons of random things that are cool. like all this NY stuff thats awesome. i got 2 obama buttons and the dude asked where i was from and then apologized for his "stupid president" lol then i got this audrey hepburn thing thats so cool and this thing with my name on it and yeah allt his fun stuff. then my mom didnt feel well so we decided to go back to the hotel and then we went to olive garden for dinner in secacus.and now its now i know i forgot some stuff but im tired.
